Returns

To register a return, please use our returns portal. Here, you will get your return label, which you can simply attach to the package and take to the respective parcel service provider.

We offer you a 100-day cancellation period. Within this time frame, you can return your order.

Once we have received and processed your return within 14 days, you will receive a confirmation email from us. The refund will then be made using the payment method you originally used. Please note that it may take a few days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

Consequences of Withdrawal:

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. You, as the customer, bear the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or faulty.

In the event of withdrawal, we can provide you with a return label upon request, the cost of which will be charged to you. Alternatively, you can return the item at your own expense.
